The company is difficult to reach by phone in case of problems (had to call 10 times to get someone on the line and check where the driver was). I am a frequent traveller and that was the worst service ever!! Some people refused to get into the car but others had no choice as the funeral directors were running out of time with the horses as they had arrived late. The driving was appalling and one passenger hurt her neck.
