WebJust finished checking and there both 2.0 cables. I sent a ticket request in to elgato to see what they think. It’s strange because it now says source is 1440 120 and capture is 1080 60 but still no image. Thanks for all the help and the settings for the Xbox got me a little farther to at least show the option for 1440 120.
